I don't know about you, I don't care to deal with pushy sales people. (It doesn't matter what profession they are in). Our goal is to give you the informaiton that you are asking for...Not to try and sell you something that you have not even asked about. This is why we are so successful and both buyers and sellers choose to work with us.

I asked him for his telephone number to call him back with the answer he needed, there was a long silence on the other end of the line, I knew what he was thinking...("I don' t want this real estate agent calling me every day on the hour pushing me to buy or sell!)

Mortgage loan programs have changed and have become more aggressive to help people that may have had credit issues in the past. For example: Mr. Hombuyer filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was discharged yesterday. If Mr. Homebuyer has the credit scores needed he can buy a home with NO Money Down!

Even with these new mortgage programs you do want to make sure you don't get into the same boat that you just got out of. Let's say you have not filed a bankruptcy, but you may have some slow credit. You may only be a couple of months away before you can buy your home. There are many things that you can do with you credit to increase scores that will qualify you to buy a home!

There is nothing better than overcoming credit issues and becoming a homeowner!
